Food Drying System
After the fruits that have been washed and chopped and, if necessary, the seeds removed, are placed in the drying cabinet.
For the first two hours, it is heated by air circulation so that it can reach its own specific heat. During this heating period, the air is not vented to the outside.
When the vegetables reach their specific temperature, evaporation begins. When sensitive humidity sensors in the system detect humidity, damper for evacuation
It opens the exhaust line by commanding the servo motor. In the meantime, the evacuated air is not ejected directly, it is pressed in through the By-Pass line.
When only the amount of moisture inside is discharged from the exhaust line, the system will continue to work with the internal cycle again, thus minimizing energy loss.
